Lang Dulay was a T'boli princess from South Cotabato's Lake Sebu area. Luan Senig, her mother, taught her to weave when she was 12 years old.
She is recognized for preserving traditional motifs in T'nalak weaving despite the commercialization of the industry, which saw non-T'bolis introduce more modern designs. Lang Dulay established the Manlilikha ng Bayan Center workshop in her hometown to foster the ancient craft of T'nalak weaving, with five of her grandkids becoming weavers by 2014.
In early 2015, Lang Dulay went into a coma and passed away.
